It will be an absolute disaster on launch, but also sell the most copies in all of the franchise's history (the best seller ever is 3K with a 3.5m copies... even indie Wh40k shit does more).
It will take them 2-5 years to slowly unfuck some of the problems while the fanbase gets used to the "new normal" and becomes blind to a million other issues they'll never fix.
The DLC will go on long enough for you to find a girl, have kids and send them off to college before they stop.
