I have no idea what happened to me but something has fucked up my gut and my mental health. It started right after I finished a difficult game that took me a few weeks to beat. I even tried to change the diet because since then eating anything but rice immediately triggers several diarrhea surges per day. But even sticking to the right diet sometimes doesn't help (not to mention that some hours after I finish some yellow slime continues to leak so I have to put some layers of napkins underneath to keep my underwear clean).

I noticed that it often happens when I play a difficult and unfamiliar videogame which makes me stressful to the point that my clothes and my hair are soaked in sweat and quite often it triggers diarrhea as well even if I didn't eat anything during the entire day. I do take gastrointestinal gel three times a day and sometimes it's not enough to prevent it. It seems to be some chronic disease and it fucked up my life (it started like 3 months ago), I can't even fucking eat or play videogames normally, it makes me wanna kill myself.
