>>744698628Takeuchi's artstyle never really changed where Rhythm Heaven is concerned, what happened is systems got high enough fidelity to express how he draws normally starting with Fever, pic related is some art unused in the DS version of the game that was probably cribbed from art intended for a companion wallpaper for the gameWario definitely changed though, Ko Takeuchi was still handling Wario artwork even back then (it's especially obvious in Wario Land 4's ending with any credits slide where he's shown with a woman, women in those slides are almost lifted straight from Rhythm Heaven) but he consolidated the artstyle between the two series after enough time, probably as distinction between Warioware and Rhythm Heaven began to blur
