no, JET (or its successor if there is one, I'm out of the loop) will always be better because you can mod it
i dont think so. there was almost zero effort put in to the a.i to make them behave even remotely realistically. BSG's answer is to just give random PMC's aimbot and know where you are at all times so really it just feels like you're playing in a pvp lobby with cheaters.

Tarkov has a wide variety of hackers ranging from standard aimbotters and wallhacks to more creative methods. Some of those rely on overloading your CPU by taking advantage of BSG's shitty code and some bug in unity to perpetually loop audio crap which will lag, freeze, and crash your game, or overheat your CPU and crash your PC too. Tarkov players are very gay and brown and all they fucking do is cheat and accuse one another of cheating.

The foundation of the game just isn't designed to be single player. Even with mods that improve the AI it's kinda dull.I've heard there are single player games around now that try to do the "extraction" thing so maybe they do it better since being fun solo is the focus.

You can watch some of the streamers do the new boat level that has the whack a.i bots that wallhacks and will headshot you if you peek for more than half a second to see what pve is really like. The a.i is so exploitable. You either hold a corner and let them sprint to you because for some reason the a.i just has to sprint (and it cannot raise their weapon to ads mid sprint giving you a completely free window to kill them) or you have to do these retarded micro peeks and almost prefire when you do and they just stand there and take it.
