Use to, one died and the other turned into an unironic schizo troon
At least Zero punctuation stayed true to himself and is still kicking. Gaming scene doesnt care about video games as much as they care about video game drama, much like this board.
I miss AOTS and X-play so much
there was a time where kevin pierra was trying to revive AOTS but that went nowhere and it wasnt even about video games

>kevin pierra was trying to revive AOTS
yea it lasted for like a year and was awful

Prime Olivia Munn was better imo.

I don't even know if it was him that tied to revive it or if it was just part of that whole "G4 revival" and they simply hired him back.
Either way, yeah it sucked.
It had none of the same energy or entertainment value the original had. The way information and media is shared these days is just completely different and they did not or could not adapt the show to fit the modern internet.
>>
G4 was a decent channel. The 2000s were a good time for games.

The hostess' in the show were the best, loved them all
Sarah Underwood gave me an unhealthy obsession for blondes

>>744705405
The simple fact that they were trying to adapt to modern internet is what made them fail, they could have easily kept the same formula in a "podcast" format and filled the niche of video game news which there really isnt a good channel that covers that niche in the current day

>Sarah Underwood
Doesn't she do OF now?
>>
>>744705960
They weren't if you were paying attention. Every problem we're facing right now has its roots in the 2000's - whether it is microtransactions or self-censorship. Entire genres died out because they needed to make a billion dollars.

>self-censorship
My personal most hated one.
I love JP shit and seeing that infect them has really stung. Especially when its hard to articulate the small things you notice that they keep censoring without sounding schizo, but when you go back 10 years and compare its obvious as can be.

Last I heard she went innawoods with her husband and kinda just kinda fucked off from society
>>
>>744706914
Oh, yep thats her then.
She does OF now from a quick look at her twitter.
>>
>>744706914
>look it up
>you weren't joking

going from one of the sexiest woman ever and playmate of the year hosting multiple shows at once to living in the woods is quite a jump, but im happy for her and even happier for her husband who gets to slam 10/10 pussy
>>
>morgan webb joined a game company and the company's first game was revealed pretty recently
>adam sessler became a crack addict
>kevin pereira keeps starting failing podcasts
>olivia munn became a hollywood celebrity with her peak acting role being Psylocke in the x-men films ; also John Mulaney cheated on his pregnant wife with Olivia Munn

what happened to some of the other lesser hosts

He was trying to keep AOTS relevant long before the G4 revival. He rebranded the show as The Attack and started hosting the show via Twitch. That shit ended up getting canned because Twitch found that he was violating TOS.
>>
>>744708368
>violating TOS
the fuck was he doing?

tbf, AOTS was never solely focused on video games. they covered tons of tech shit, movie shit and internet shit. even old school memes were featured, like numa numa and dramatic gopher.

No and there never will be.
G4 was a you had to be there hing and luckily we were there.
I miss that shit.
>>
>>744708608
Considering this was in 2018, if I had to guess it was probably cross-promoting. Back in the day Twitch was greedy about being THE livestreaming platform for game related shit and had rules against shit like you livestreaming on two different platforms. That's why you had shitty slow news day articles like Ninja leaving Twitch for Mixer or some other streamer leaving Youtube for Twitch.

I watch his NewsWave show every morning after the Max Velocity weather report for the day.

I always loved how Adam Sessler's arms swayed like loose cables.

Cinematech nocturnal emissions was hilarious back in the day with all the weird Japanese shit they made fun if.
