Does any of you have games where you push your personal agenda, not in a political way, but rather constantly bothering the developers and voicing to the community about features you want in order to gather support while closely monitoring the updates?Has anyone had success for this? I have my own agenda with RimWorld & Derail Valley and managed the second one to implement something I liked, and I'm sure I'll get it with the first one as well
>>744706720Yes my mind games with your mum
>>744706720Where did you get such a BIG SUIT?
>>744706720Back when Fortnite STW was still a thing I campaigned to improve the state of sniper rifles to be more useful (at the time they were literally just single shot assault rifles in terms of damage with no upsides and major downside with zoom)After discovering their feedback system could not only be accessed from inside the game but if you insect element you can grab the site address and it works completely outside of game. After bombarding them for few days with hundreds of messages they made change in a hotfix that gave sniper rifles headshot multiplier and extra damage in general, and in future we got snipers that could shoot through solid objects and xray vision and anti-material snipers.

>>744706720Oh yes. I should do it a lot.more but whenever possible I spam forums for games I play with my own ideas about how the game should be managed but it's the same for every game. Doesn't matter the genre or style or anything I always ask for the same thing>DON'T CHANGE SHIT BECAUSE NOOBS ASKI'm so fucing tired of seeing every game I love get absolutely raped by updates that only exist because shitters got mad that they're bad. League of Legends (thank God classic is here)World of Warcraft Old School RuneScapeTitanFall 2Over watch The list goes on and on, all great games ruined by updates that catered to casuals. These retarded game companies all did the equivalent of like, updating chess or soccer every yearImagine if soccer fans got a new rule that added new balls to the game. Or chess noobs lobbies for a new piece that can move like a queen just because they want two. That's what playing modern PvP games is like. Fuck noobs and fuck game updates.

>>744706720I bullied the developer of World of Horror into updating his game by encouraging people to reviewbomb it when it was in early access.
>>744709271you should have bullied him until he removed the lighthouse
