help me /v/, you're my only hopeim currently in my first big playthrough of song of syx and im in a death spiral. im at a 500+ job deficit in a human-only colony. there's so many inefficiencies that tweaking the numbers isn't doing much. i'm to the point where all of my subjects are without clothing because i can't maintain my weavers and tailors. i got the nudist title because of it. my entelodont and globdien pens are providing enough meat, but i don't know if i can recover. i even turned my fisheries off to save on labormy one saving grace is that i have a MASSIVE surplus of grain that i can make bread with, but all of my bakeries are in complete degradation since my janitors don't have enough access to stone and furniture to perform maintenance.pls i just want to save my digital human ant farm that i've spent the past 5 days toiling over
>>744707138Post your stocks on the right of the screen.I will also say that you should probably be producing way more food. Dont bother with fish, it is way too labor intensive.
Also same with entelodonts and globdiens. Cut out the globdiens. You can keep the enteledonts. But your main source of food should be grain to bakeries. Animals are too labor intensive for humans at that population level. Get fuckhueg grain fields, some smaller vegetable fields, and a few orchards started. You can make up the happiness loss from food varieties at this stage by having more food in your warehouses. So constantly keep the bread pumping out.I know you say human only colony, but slavery really is the most effective thing. Human citizens, everyone else a slave. The racial bonuses are big. Start a small happy ghetto for cretonians, get 30-50 of them, then set the race to be enslaved. This will be a huge boost to the grain farms you should be buildingYour population loss will correct itself eventually, so dont worry about it because you can always get more people.
>>744707881it's not great chief>>744708159that's fair, i've been tempted multiple times to bring other races in. i'd like to give it a few more years, but if i dip below 400, i'll scrape the barrel.
full map for comparison, w/ some buildings toggled off because it's hard to read otherwise
