Played it last year. Fun for a while but after I finished the base game story, I tried the post content and I was just bored. Nothing feels like it's being accomplished or that my character matters, it's just an endless merry go round of locations and crappy missions to eat up time. And I still can't find the fucking PVP area because they hide it in the watch tower.

>>744708598Mogged by city of heroes/villains but it's fun at the beginning before you get into paywalls and other gimmicky shit. It's fun to explore Gotham/Metropolis as your character and fight alongside iconic characters though.

>>744711751It's good if don't expect much, and realise it's just turned into a pay pig enabler for the endgame. I just stuck to being a F2P player and focused on the main quest.
They could unironically make this into a really good mmo if they striped all of the gimmick/half baked ideas and the aggressive greed from the game + made a good campaign story dlc + expanded the combat.

>>744708598I remember grinding gear, not really for the stat bonuses, but the cosmetic purposes, some shit just went well with other pieces and really brought out your characters originality.Even as a Free to Player, you could do most of the content, the only bad thing I remember is how you'd be locked out of the basic 3 classes and how terrible Acrobatics/Gadgets was for getting around the city so I had to restart my character as a flyer

>>744708598only DLC I bought was the Green Lantern one because I love my Lanterns. Felt good to be a GL, but they're always disappointing in media outside of the animated works focusing on them or obviously the comics. Combat was actually involved compared to other MMOs with combos and shit.
