Got a 6800xt in sale for like $300 a while back and it still runs everything on at least high at 1440 native. Got super lucky and was warry about amd but it's been fine for the past few years and nothing is actually becoming more graphically intense beyond lighting memes so I'm happy

The only things I changed in my current PC since I built it nearly 10 years ago are the peripherals (mouse, keyboard, headphones).It has GTX1070.It has i5-6600K.I played games like Nioh, Nioh2, all Yakuzas, SMVV on high settings without any problems. At all.If something does not run on it (even due to arbitrary reasons e.g. Win11 requirement), then it's simply not worth my time.Have some self-respect people.
