I loved this game as a kid but found it really clunky to play now. I wish the moves and combos were easier to pull off. It's just a very stiff combat system that never feels comfortable to me.
I've only managed to 100% the game as the Amazon.Holy fuck, was the voice actress having fun behind the mic. Her death moans haunt me to this day.

I think mercury steam should have done a remaster ( fuck demakes ) with improved animations and textures but left everything else as is or made a proper sequel that followed up on the original story and characters.

>>744721465Just learn the weapon combos and play the knight. Always carry one sword(flesh enemies) and one mace(skeletons). Vampire sword is a crutch so use it. Save your arrows for some of the puzzles and don't waste them on enemies. Running away is an option in some situations so you can get in a better position.

>>744725801Nope, the knight is the easy mode character since he gets to use the weapons that humanoid enemies drop most of the time with full efficiency, also Vampire sword, has a nice sidestep and can also use a shield and is well armored with a good HP pool. Amazon has to roll and parry and has the least HP.
