Playing Quasimorph right now and your character chugging one (1) beer can cause them to become an alcohol addict that suffers severe withdrawal within 2 minutes.
>>
>3 beers makes you puke
>2 whole bottles of vodka do not
Dead rising is a silly franchise
>>
>>744727354
>drink multiple alcoholic beverages in a game
>character doesn't suffer a permanent stat debuff
bad game design

Honestly that's accurate. But mostly because they're taking the bullet for me smoking a pack a day and still going strong. Thanks guys I promise I'm not wasting your lives posting about stupid shit on /v/.
>>
>>744727354
I like how it works in Runescape where you get a small stacking reduction of your Attack stat (governs melee accuracy) that recovers at a rate of 1 per minute. If you space your beers out you get barely any effect from them, but if you chug a whole inventory at once it annihilates your accuracy and takes significant real time to recover unless you use one of a hundred different ways to cheese it.

>Interact with a large bottle of alcohol
>It disappears and effects happen immediately
>It implies your character just downed an entire bottle in a fraction of a second
>A lot of the time there is no empty bottle left behind implying they downed the bottle as well
Drinking problems, or problems drinking?
>>
>>744727354
Give me a Shanghai Gutpunch.
>>
>>744729525
the last part is me pretending the empty bottle no longer exists in the hope that someone else will throw it away

That's realistic

Fent gets a bad rap because of chinese manufactured stuff getting mixed into mexican heroin but if you've ever had it for actual medicinal reasons its far superior to morphine and oxy

Happens in real life too.
>>
There should be a game that simulates having autism
>loose controls to simulate lack of motor coordinations
>every NPC has the same face and you can only distinguish them by hairstyle, clothing and other obvious things to simulate facial blindness and the faces are only slightly more animated than classic Thomas the Tank Engine characters to simulate blindness to facial cues
>every NPC speaks in TTS-esque fashion to simulate the inability to tell vocal cues
>background becomes blank leaving only certain objects highlighted to simulate fixations
>>
>>744727354
>game with alcoholic beverages

and that's why we don't drink medieval everclear

In the real world? Everyone knows booze makes you better with people until you go overboard
>>
>>744733782
Or until you run out.
>>
LOTRO has the best alcohol quest in vidya.
>>
would be more realistic if the character crashed out on people he haven't talked to in years on text and then passes out and pisses his pants ayyoo figure it out person
>>

Is that game playable yet after that one update fucked it up?

Only good Guiness I ever had was in actual Ireland, it's less watered down over there. Still nothing special and if you're going for a stout why the fuck would you ever choose watered down bud light stout if there's other options.

yes, you can get blurry vision and barely walk from 1 beer.
i know people like that. i was one of those people. i used to be a /fit/fag and basically worked out so much that drinking any alcohol would fuck me up horribly. same when i was a stoner.
>>
>>744728251
Alcohol usually gives +2 CHA and -3 INT, -4 DEX to normal people.

>>
Drinking guinness and eating some rich chocolate is real tasty.
>>
>>744743830
I get an INT boost when I get tipsy because it practically fixes my ADHD but once I get proper drunk it's over.
>>
>>744732072
This actually happened to someone I went to high school with. Guy was a retard anyway
>>
>>744743657
Guinness is good if it's extra stout.
>>
>>744735531
>Cigarette filters were first patented in 1925 by Hungarian inventor Boris Aivaz, but they became widely used only in the early 1950s
Everyone from the 1700s to the 1950s were smoking filterless cigarettes rolled by hand.
>>
>>744746141
Smoking cigarettes become socially accepted only after WW1, since they gave cigarettes to soldiers as part of ration, so they got addicted.
