>>744730047If you're okay with using upscaling then you can get away with a 9060xt or 5060 ti 16gb even for 1440p and 180 fps right now. A lot of people want to run games natively but if you're used to already using fsr/dlss, you can easily coast on a cheaper gpu for a long time.

I know about AI slopcoding but graphics really have entered a plateau. My 970 can run a lot of modern games pretty well on minimum settings and 30-60FPS at least, though the VRAM has become an issue (bad stuttering in some games) and I personally dislike playing at sub-60 FPS.
