After playing dark souls 1, and now going back to demons souls, i can definitively say i vastly prefer demons souls. Something about the way you move, the way the magic works, everything just feels better. The only thing i liked better about dark souls was the big world, demons souls is a bit short and each level is fairly linear, so its better on that front but otherwise is mogged into oblivion. Also world tendency oddly gets a lot of hate, when it adds more variety while being something one can entirely be unaware of on a first playthrough. Imagine dark souls with tendency for each area, opening new little sections and enemies with unique loot and even new side quests
I vastly prefer Lost Kingdoms and your mom.
