It will do worse than remake but better than rebirth.
For the massive budget it has, quite. It will sell millions but it won't turn a profit, maybe enough to see black. Shareholders won't like it though.
Its coming out on PS5, Xbox. Switch 2 and Steam all day 1 so it will do much better than Rebirth did. It depends on how much hype it gets from random ecelebs like asmonstein and the likes
