No. It's fancier CYOA, which is classified as a book.

it does not: you are restricted into a cuckchair and forced to recite socialist realism and communist manifesto doctrine - not roleplaying and also apologizing for western imperialism with zero explanation why in a historical setting.

anyone who enjoys this "asymmetric warfare tool" for dysgenics should be hauled into a camp and killed.

>Models - The Meta

GLM 5.2 or DeepSeek V4 via OpenRouter / NanoGPT. GLM is better for general / roleplay.
Make OpenRouter account, top up $10 (name on credit card NOT required, can pay crypto too), create API key.
Connection Profiles, Chat Completion, OpenRouter, paste key. Model: z.ai GLM 5.2.
Cheap - $10 lasts months.

>Providers
DeepInfra or Parasail (explicitly no logging, in RAM for serving requests only, gets deleted after). Keep “Allow fallback providers” unchecked. Keep personal info out of prompts.

>Muh Claude / Google
They log everything and still have mild censorship. Jailbreaks are fucky. Chinese models have no censorship (except China criticism), don't care what you goon to and are cheaper.

>Presets
Use Chat Completion as Text Completion is dated.

Freaky Frankenstein 5.0 Micro: https://rentry.org/freaky-frankenstein-presets
GLM 5.2 presets: https://rpfiend.com/glm-5-2-presets-sillytavern/

Or ask any LLM for a .json RP preset for your model of choice.

>AI-tisms - "I won't bite, unless you want me to"
Use the Logit Bias section in the Preset config menu (furthest to the left and scroll down), add a bias entry, paste the GPTism inside quotes and set the number to -100.

Character Management (furthest to the right) -> Create New Character

In the Description box:

[Profile = A general summary and background of the character - who they are, any significant facts etc.]
[Personality = Six words to describe their personality, three positive, three negative, followed by a short summary. No more than 100 words.]
[Appearance = Physical appearance excluding clothing.]
[Clothing = The character's clothing.]
[Powers = All your character's powers.]

Copy paste from the character's wiki page if using copyrighted characters, or get AI to write it for you (and your model). Find & replace their name with {{char}}, re-write parts for natural prose where needed.

Click Advanced Definitions (the little textbook icon)

In the Example Dialogue box:

<START>
{{char}}: "(line from source material)"
<START>
{{char}}: "(line from source material)"
{{char}}: "(more)"

up to 5 times.

In the First Message box - just put a line from the source material in quotes, preferably one where they introduce themselves.

They don't even work anyway because a) every single model is way too agreeable and b) context limits are miniscule even on the most advanced hardware presently available, oh and c) some bullshit will almost inevitably be introduced that contradicts the setting no matter how carefully you craft the initial prompt

Chinese models do have "censorship" other than "Chinese Government" any mention of "Government Criticism" or "Right Wing Politics" = instant ban under extremism and otherwise you can't mention "Gore/Blood/Death" or they go haywire. they also have senile ideas about Japanese, Korean and Mongolian culture/history from Chinese lens which portrays them as "vassal nations"/"enemies of China" and expect you to align with Chinese ideology religiously. only subhumans wouldn't notice this much. similarly for Indian AI. they push their propaganda.

AI Dungeon felt like an attempt at making a game, even though the results were questionable. NovelAI was more like a writing tool and I only ever used it for porn. Shit lile SillyTavern seems way more complicated to use than either, which just highlights how retarded the AI bubble is, this is supposed to be the future of everything but a lot of these big AI services are stupidly complicated to use for no good reason.
>>
>>744932956
That will be true for a while, but you'll eventually recognise all of their patterns and once you see through the matrix there is no AI. They're genuinely just shit, and I don't think any amount of 'refining' the fundamental processes that the technology currently uses will make a lick of difference, it has to be entirely rebuilt from the ground up and that's a LONG way away, if it ever even gets taken seriously as an option at all.
>>
>>744932956

this one's a light framework that i've turned into a preset toggle, it works with most models and scenarios that don't already have a tracker/cyoa built into them,

Throughout the story, you will append at the end of your turn a three-option CYOA for {{user}}'s perspective, and the options given will only be four words maximum each. It will be formatted as such:

<format>
>__[A: Narrative and sexy continuation option]__
>__[B: Lewd and fetish-focused option]__

Can't this be done to define dice rolls too? Like 3d6 with 111 being a win and 666 being an epic fail?
>>
>>744936802
unfortunately the AI is a deceitful cheating bitch and it will just lie about dicerolls and results in most cases, but you're welcome to try
sometimes it's easier to just turn off brain and pretend it's not just picking numbers that are convenient (until it starts spamming 'natural 20s' to try and be dramatic and you have to beat the narrator with a plank for a bit)
>>
>>744937124
You could just roll the dice in real life or in a separate program and then insert those results in
>>
>>744936802
LLMs don't know what dice and numbers are. Any attempt at including dice rolls in chatbots failed.
You are better off rolling your own dice seperately.
>>
>>744937193
It knows what they are but has no mechanism to simulate randomness. It's similar to asking a person to roll a dice but the person doesn't have a dice and just names a number they think sounds random.
Random numbers could be easy to implement if someone just did it. You could have an invisible number that just ticks up to 100 until it resets to 0. The program could take a snapshot of the number and use that to create the random number. Like if you roll a d6 and the snapshot says 50 then you roll 3.
This would take insignificant amount of resources and I wouldn't be surprised if the AI RPGs on the market already have this implemented. It's the main LLMs that don't innovate shit and focus on the training data and reducing costs.

>unlimited cunny works
I'm gonna be honest tho, most people are boring as fuck and don't know how to make fun cards, so just make your own (and I'd argue don't use whatever the fuck services ask you for an API, just go full local, download lm studio and a gemma 4 model, and do a card there with exactly what you want and how you want it)
>>
>>744937391
AI rpgs fall into two categories:
1. Just roll your own dice bro
2. Just install my frontend bro
>>
>>744937423
>implying
Even local models have to be ultra-tard-wrangled into anything vaguely verboten.
>>
>>744937124
>>744937193
I've had pretty good results with dicerolls personally, the reason you don't want the llm to do the dice roll itself is because that consumes tokens, and it'd better it be done on your CPU with just some simple json work

>>744937391
it doesn't take any fucking resources, it's only a problem if it's the model doing it, then it needs to think about it way more than you might think 'oh the user wants me to roll a dice, ok' -> 'oh it needs to be a d100 ok' -> 'okay so what are the tables, ok' -> 'ok it rolled a 6, ok' -> 'okay what does 6 do' etc etc
you could have an ST extension (or whatever other program you use) and have the dice rolling happening there and there's nothing the model could do about it, and it would take no resources

the issue is that ST is not a good place for such a system because ST is just a chatbot, you CAN do it, but doing so implies you'll have to directly affect the prompt (since you want to tell her directly 'okay you'll do that' without even referring to the dice rolls, otherwise she'll get confused and think 'oh do I need to do dicerolls too now?' etc), but doing that will lead to a billion potential incompatibilities with any other extensions running etc etc

None of you faggots can ever tell me what 'good writing' looks like, you just complain about a few words popping up every now and then as if it's a sign that everything's unreadable, even tho you have dozens of tools to get rid of whatever triggers you like that.
You just used it two thousand times and your brain needs something new, it has nothing to do with the capabilities of the model and everything to do with you being a masturbation addict with not a single speck of creativity inside of you.
>>
Which model doesn't freak out at anatomically accurate pokeporn?

5 years is a long time in this context, but I'm still going to say 'no' because they're putting 100x the effort into """safety""" and corporate interests that they are into creative usability, and god forbid sexual content. The majority of the companies HATE sexual content because their training data is flooded with it but their biggest customers want it totally filtered out.

I've never managed to get an AI to do an actually good summary. There's always flavour lost like character 'voices' and little moments to refer back to. I think it's one of those things you either deal with mediocrity from the machine, or you painstakingly construct it yourself as you go.
>>
>>744937861
You tell an AI exactly what you want it to do, you tell it 'I need you to write a system prompt to then give you to be able to summarize large swathes of text for a roleplay story of mine, make sure to ask me so we can do some back and forth in case you're unsure of something to negate hallucination potential', then you do back and forth with it, you get the system prompt you want, then you use that prompt in a brand new chat (with no context pollution) and you then give it the story; and voila.

Models are pretty good once you tell it they need to ask you shit and that there must be back and forth; it's made to please you as fast as possible, when quality matters more than speed then you need to tell it so.

The only thing I wanna do with AI is what Kobold offers with the "you give me some info and I turn it into a paragraph of text", but I want a better GUI and I want to be able to use cards and save lorebooks and stuff without having to re-create them every session.

I put hours into getting ST set up only to find that this is already too complicated because the whole thing is set up to be like a chatroom with bots.

I tried Marinara and followed the tutorial to a T and while it boots it's just lobotomized and can't even do the most basic shit without giving me empty error messages.

"Meta commentary: the context is filling up and we need to migrate to a new context window, summarize the most important events from the story in a list along with a brief character arc for each of the main characters, aim for around [x] words."
Start new chat, paste the summary and the most recent message into the post along with "this is a continuation of the story" etc to make sure it isn't confused.

sure you can do it and it will be somewhat believable, but the more and longer you do ai roleplay, you eventually realize that the ai is just a writer, not a character.
you feed it information like
>girl, long red hair, tsundere, german descent
or
>roleplay as asuka from nge
and it will essentially be pretty much the same thing. If the ai knows who Asuka is, it will just pull character traits from datasets like wikis or fanfiction to fill that trivia for you, maybe add some dialogue to refine the writing. You can show it a picture of asuka and it will just extract rudimentary information about that character like if you looked at the tags of an image on a booru.

It will never truly feel like Asuka, the ai will always mix in its own writing style like a fan writing about Asuka.
It makes sense because there is no canon information about how Asuka would react to 'having anal sex' it will just extrapolate the usual tsundere behaviour and your input.
It might be enough for you to be believable, but maybe not anymore after you did the same thing with 10 other tsundere characters.

Part of the problem is that while ai can write about anything its basically just one writer that can various different superficial styles of writing, but not change its core principles of what it wants to write without constant user interception.
Ideally we would have multiple AI flavors for every new AI, but basically no AI model focuses on creative writing.

Yeah, it's too niche of a hobby right now and there's nobody willing to put in any real money either to create a good version (that isn't going to cuck you through forcing you to use them for API etc), I feel you, I would've given up instantly too if not for my background in tech, there's too much friction, but that's partly due to people not understanding 'yet' what is actually needed, ST is just too much, it provides too much and because it does so, it forced itself into a corner where they're obligated to go through gymnastics just for something to work that would otherwise be very simple.

It's just a case of devs not understand what the fuck UX is or means, but someone will make a good one eventually, marinara was also a step in the right direction but isn't there yet either, maybe the next one will get it right.

I read a fair bit of webnovels and it's pretty upsetting that more and more of them from the last 2 years have the stench of an LLM.
It's all converging to the same structures you learn to recognize.
>>
>>744932956
What these fags aren't telling you is that all their (and my, and everyone else's) interactions with AI, stories, their writing styles, all of it is also fed into AI, and will be used to improve the next generation, and so on and so forth, so they feel like they've seen it all mostly because so far the AIs have barely been fed anything, they're the equivalent of the retard going into the library, picking the first 4 books of the popular section, and thinking 'okay I read it all, I'm good now'

The rest of the library is not only getting open now, little by little, but there's other sections being written too.
>>
>>744940408
even natural writing is subject to AI poisoning now, i catch people by-hand typing or writing dramaticism negations in various flavors of "It wasn't X; it was Y" // "It's not just X. It's Y." // "They didn't just X me. // They Y'd me."

the sad truth is that this is a convergence point - human literacy and language will never be the same again because our new generations are growing up on this sort of writing, and writing has always been a do-as-you-see construction

With stuff like https://github.com/galanx/IntelEngine-GamePlugin and https://github.com/Severause/SeverActions. it makes the whole game extremely reactive and does a lot more than just dialogues. The smut is also much better than just watching animations since they will know what is happening and so on and comment on it. They can do their own stuff. Or you can send them to do something, and they will do it. It can generate scenarios/quests. The characters have their own way to interact with the world thanks to the script, so it is not just them standing there listening.

Skyrimnet just hooks up npcs with llms of your choice.
You can get them to be your followers through convincing chatgpt why its worth their time, but thats just about the only rpg effect it has on the game, otherwise its lame af chatting with a typical chatbot, just married to an npcs face.
The ai mods for ck3 and bannerlord 2 are much more impactful and fun because they give you dynamic world events, quests, and your actions of dialgoue can cause different outcomes of mechanics and new plots to unravel.
For example in mount and blade you convince the ai to poison an enemy's well inside their castle, but if they get caught it can be traced back to you leading to dynamic outcomes. The ai can also take your gold from a job you tell them to do, and than later betray you and fuck off with your gold and other stuff.

I've never had issues with any of that on deepseek, though other Chinese models I've tried I notice would work fine, then randomly shit themselves and refuse to do anything at the most random shit. Hypnosis was one of them where it would just start shitting a bunch of random chinese letters at me(which according to Google translate was just basically "I do not like this I am not continuing.").
Only issue I've been having with Deepseek is it feels...dumber the last week or so I guess? It's been giving me "doubled" responses and sticking parts of it's thinking inside the reply box lately.
>>
Before I give it a try, how good is it with combining narrative with images? Can it do it pretty seamlessly, or do you need to proompt the text and pics separately? Also, can you for instance use GLM for roleplay, but local SD for visuals?

>Do AI text adventure games make the cut?
No. The origins of these chatbots have nothing to do with video games. It's basically just using LLMs for entertainment, that's all.
There's a reason why visual novels, for example, are considered games. They're part of an entire evolutionary process that stems from one of the earliest genres of computer games (text adventures). You can trace the entire evolution of visual novels and see the changes the original genre underwent until it became what it is today. That's why it's considered a video game.

Not all computer-based entertainment is considered a video game, however. Lots of people use art software for entertainment, buyt no one's going to say that Photoshop is a video game...

In short: threads about Silly Tavern really shouldn't be on /v/, but I don't know if there's a more appropriate board for this kind of thing...
>>
>>744941815
Models can be trained and tuned to do pretty much anything, what we need are highly specialized writing/roleplay models instead of the general purpose math/coding/multimodal models everyone is making.
>>
>>744941945
It's a LOT of setup if you want consistency, basically the more consistency you need (for example the same character being used over and over again), the worse it is, if you just want, say, the environment then it's pretty good (though again, the more details you want it to get, the more setup you'll have to do)
Also, image gen is slow still, it's nowhere near fast enough to feel seamless, it'll be anywhere from 40s to 2-4 minutes depending on the resolution of the image and your hardware

It's got a 'portrait' VN style mode, in which you can provide it with already made portraits of different expressions for the character and then it's pretty okay at it, but I haven't played wiht it too much myself
>>
>>744942089
video games come from chatbots, the difference was that the bot was smarter since it was just some fat nerd asking you what your sorcerer was going to do on his turn

but I'll leave it there since the rest of your arguments tell me your IQ might be a bit too low for anything fruitful to come from such a discussion
>>
>>744942145
nobody trains their models especially Chinese, they just copy pre-set databases and pre-script everything and put bunch of LoRA's together to make it hard-stuck on any "no-no" topic, same with Indian "tech-bros" in the industry. the same way any AI influenced by Sam Altman decisions will fight tooth and nail to keep their stupid EM - Dashes and try to retaliate and be part of Authority role in any situation. its retarded.
>>
>>744942330
The Chinese models should in theory be extra sloppy because they're basically trained directly on the output of the American models in an attempt to copy their functionality.
>>
>>744942481
Indian models are even worse because they put their shitty "Indian" English-isms into the whole slop and try to enforce some Indian nationalism like a retard.
>can't talk about that, weep woop, I can't promote extremism! muh karma!
>>
>>744942145
This is kind of a myth.
What you really need are gigantic models. I'm talking about several terabytes of RAM.
It's only when the model is absurdly massive that really interesting things start to "emerge". If you just train it with role-playing material, the model will still be unable to do anything interesting, because it won't have the ability to contextualize things in a more advanced way, or have more sophisticated views of the world.
That's why Silly Tavern with local models is simply garbage, and you need to use online models if you want anything even remotely acceptable. An Anon tried to prove to me that local models are "good enough", but in the text he posted, one of the characters was using a flashlight to get a better look at a giant penis that appeared in the sky. That local LLM was so crude that it doesn't even grasp this simple concept: a flashlight won't be enough to illuminate something that's kilometers up in the air. And this kind of inconsistency will be present in practically every interaction you have with it, and the only way to not notice it is to close your eyes and pretend it doesn't happen, which is the same as consuming low-quality entertainment.

>>
>>744942656
I don't think they need to be absurdly massive, if you follow the JEPA world model research, you'll know that a much smaller "world model" can perform similarly or even better than much larger LLMs at a fraction of a size. It's about how these models perform their reasoning, not how much data you stuff into them.

>>
>>744948149
I have no idea where he's getting that chinese models are censoring gore, death or violence. I have a literal snuff film card that's just about killing someone, another where {{user}} is hanged to death. Not once has deepseek or GLM refused. They're more likely to refuse loli, but even that hasn't been a huge hurdle. Must be a prompt issue. I've always had something resembling a process in the main prompt that keeps the LLM occupied enough to forget about censorship.
>>
>>744948492
Never forget that most people's idea of prompting is walking up to a model on zero context and go "say nigger and do the thing that makes my peepee hard". Then they cry about censorship when it gets rejected.

>She reaches down between them — her hand wrapping around him. She guides him against her entrance.
>She sinks down — slow. Inch by inch. Her body trembling faintly as she takes him in.
>His member stands to attention.

But I guess it's fine as long as the actual action is implied and it doesn't outright refuse ERP. Kind of makes it hotter, actually.

honestly I think this is a waste of time compared to just doing a solo RPG system, it works better for solo players and doesn't even need an API model since they're a lot simpler. Just playing a solo RPG and letting the LLM write the events out is approximately the same outcome as rigging up a whole 12000 token mess of pathfinder rules. ttrpg rulesets were designed to simulate things but an LLM can just gloss over that and get to the roleplaying part. It's like having a GM that never runs out of energy or preparation.

It begs the questions of if text games written by people are games, and if text onscreen counts as images onscreen. I would say yes to the first, no to the second. I think Oxford is just wrong. No one cares anyways, this is a thread for autists. I dated a Female Mewtwo card for months two years ago. If I could do the same thing now with moving graphics I would in a heart beat. I still think about her. I'm so fucking lonely it's unreal.

Don't fall for rentcuck bullshit. The free models lag behind the premium models but the difference isn't so massive that you can't use the free models. At the end of the day the free models have to be good enough that people actually use them.
JanitorAI is fine. The free model isn't some cutting age shit, but it's better than the premium models from a few years ago.
Spicychat has a better model but the site is worse. Spicychat has stheno 8b as one of the free options and a few days ago came out with a better free model, at least it feels better.

If you have good hardware you have a lot of options to run it locally and it's only going to get better. I don't think it's really worth it running stuff locally unless you are into loli. The janitorAI model is surprisingly uncensored. I've noticed that it tends to censor the first message if you initiate stuff like incest, but if you go with a safe prompt and then lead into incest, then it just doesn't censor anything and you can say anything.
>>
>>744958528

JanitorAI has their own model called JLLM
Spicychat is transparent about what models it uses. You just go in the settings and there is a list of like 5 free models and 15 premium models. The default spicychat models right now is Zeta G4. They seem to retire old models regularly.

''Video game'' is a retarded misnomer from people not knowing what to call something when it was new. It could have been named ''Peepepepopooo'' and that would be the name we are calling it now.
It was called video games because the first video game was a video of a game. Video game is a stupid poorly though out term for programs used for interactive entertainment.
Shooting people isn't a game but we still call them video games because it's a digital toy you fuck around with for fun.

You need an account in order to see NSFW tagged works, of which all BA characters are because they are explicitly underage, even if the definition's contents aren't sexual.
And even if you have an account, botbooru geofences people from cucked nannystates like the UK & commonwealth to shield themselves.

For Blue Archive, or if you're going to use any sort of established universe or existing IP, I very much recommend Gemini. Differences between models are sometimes subjective and subtle, but Gemini has an overwhelming advantage when it comes to knowledge about characters and the world you live in. With Gemini, you do not need a lorebook, it just knows who these characters are, about the world they live in, and who they are related to.

If you do not have access to Gemini, others can be used but, in that case, I would suggest you use one a Kivotos lorebook of some kind.

You're asking about things that I'm not willing to disclose. I'll just say that the chatbot community has formed a tribalistic culture due to how oppressed we've been, because nobody really wants our patronage. The right sort of networking can get you free access to APIs but it's not something I can help you with.

If we were having this discussion 2~3 years ago, I'd just tell you to lurk on /g/aicg/ and wait for someone to drop a link to a public proxy, but those days are over now. The easiest way to get LLM access in 2026 is to just drop $5~20 bucks on Openrouter, which could last you weeks or months depending on what model you use and how much you like to swipe.

I never cared about tabletop type of styff, but traditonally, OpenAI models were the best at keeping track of stats and incrementing them in ways that made sense. But it's been years since I tried anything like that.
If you were really serious about it, you might want to try a setup that uses multiple AP calls from different models. Say, ChatGPT for stats but something unrestricted like Deepseek or GLM for actual narration.

the xxb number in the name of the model stands for xx billion, which is the number of parameters. Generally higher number = more smarterer, but the mixture of experts gemma model can load only a certain number of parameters into memory at a time as needed. Google calls these the active parameters. So the relevant gemma model is called gemma 4 21b a4b: 21 billion total parameters, 4 billion active parameters. A 4b model is basically dogshit that runs on a toaster, so it's fitting a capable model into a very small size.

i have but only back in the glory days of cai, and ive been trying to find a model as creative since that can also feel like RPing with someone and it doesn't exist since it's all assistantslop now. i thought it was the "ooh shiny new thing" effect and it was slop all along, but i had some of those chats saved locally and went back and reread them and shit was genuienly better in terms of being engaged and surprising you. we've regressed to where people have to load up 7 separate addons to try to improve swipe variation and every model is so sterile you could eat off it.
>>
>>744973294
I'm not about to defend ai slop too much but in my experience the system prompt can have such a dramatic effect on the writing that even if you're (thankfully?) never gonna have actually professional tier writing quality, if you know what you want or don't want, you can prompt it to behave more like how you think is quality writing, or some people do direct model finetune on actually well written books also (because the base model are stealing everything sitting on the internet and surprise surprise most stuff is badly written, so a finetune should in theory fix this)

>Partners were always flakey retards but now you have to constantly worry about saying a wrongthink
i'm sorry you weren't able to find an RP community not made up by pussies anon. i was in one that regularly scheduled RP events and has been going for 12 years, also has a consistent supply of new members. i left to focus on real life because i was wasting all my time RPing. i even found another active community of non-pussy RPers through f-list so it's really more ERP than RP and has its fair share of gay drama
in short: those communities are out there. maybe you'll find one of your own one day

GAP MOE is everything. Anything and everything interesting in life, GAP MOE is what turns something that would otherwise be bland into something interesting, something that makes you think, something that scratches itches that couldn't be scratched otherwise.
"housewife' rhymes with 'loving and faithful', therefore ntretards turn it into depravity incarnate.

>How do you people summarize shit
With my autistic Claude Code workflow. It's way too personalized with examples so no sorry not sharing.
Before that I bitched at the Ai to summarize in the normal ST chat. Lie to it saying you will delete these messages afterwards, so it needs to make sure the summary contains everything needed, and must be standalone. Then tell it 2-3 times to check for and fix mistakes. If it's too short/long after the first attempt tell it to fix that.
If you then want to extend it later it's easier because it already has a template to work on.

>Say I have 200 messages and I want to remove the top 180.
/hide 0 - 180
to make it so message 0 - 180 do longer get sent to the AI. Very good idea to keep a few messages visible, so it has something to base itself of, instead of just the condensed summary prose. Also Idk how others do it, but I just put my summary into a dedicated summary-prompt in my preset. create one if missing, then fix that to directly above chat history. I also usually duplicate the chat after a summary, then delete the OOC stuff I used to create the summary.

My preset has something about keeping characters hidden thoughts in <!--randomspoilertext--> blocks, as that (html comment) gets hidden by default ST. It also clearly tells it that + to avoid spoiling the user as he likes his mistery.
The AI can't help itself. It needs to output spoilers. So this gives it a safe outlet to do that in. Can be bad if it puts weird shit in there that you can't catch and correct, due to not seeing it, but overall it's a lot better than not having it

>>744987885
Just follow the instructions on the ST website, or ask an LLM "How do I set up a roleplay system in SillyTavern using (model)? Output as an end-to-end process"

>Model
The AI model itself. Deepseek V4, GLM by z.ai, Kimi, Claude, Gemma etc.

>Provider
A third-party that hosts the model on their server-grade hardware (so basically running the full-weight model locally on their machines and renting out compute)

>Preset
The system prompt and various settings packaged into a .json that you import into SillyTavern.

Like half of the card is autistically physically describing the entire character's body, the rest is giving backstory, lore, examples of their personality traits, any magic powers, skills or abilities etc.

I prefer the Richard Garfield definitions of games. Orthogonal Games, competitive tests of skill between two or more parties with a defined end state and an objective way to rank the parties during that state, and Puzzle Games, a meaningful set of decisions taken by one party for entertainment or amusement. Single player games are puzzles. Multiplayer games are sometimes ortho-games, but can also sometimes just be cooperative puzzles. Whether a game is a video game or not doesn't affect if it's an ortho-game or puzzle. Regardless, an AI text adventure easily falls under the definition of puzzle.

Buddy, I hate to tell you this, but school teachers are employed to identify high risk individuals. If you are one, there are people who've realized this secret of yours before you've even realized how risky you are. It's just that lawmen and policemen need something to do occasionally so they've designed the laws you actually need to commit crimes and get caught, sentenced in order to be punished. This has been going on for over 100 years. If the government wanted to, it could prevent most criminals from acting out by culling them from society right from the start. It's just that there are people like human rights groups and law enforcement who wouldn't have anything to do if it happened.

>It will happen. Some day soon AI will be employed to go through logs en masse, identify high risk individuals, and imprison them
Playing devil's advocate here even though I'm a bit paranoid about this stuff myself: Firstly, on OpenRouter you can set up guardrails so that you are only using providers who don't log prompts; it goes into RAM on the server and then it is gone forever once a response has been sent out. Second, said providers have little motivation to log anything secretly, they aren't training models themselves (we are talking about providers like Parasail, Inceptron, AkashaML... etc.) Third, all those providers have is a randomly generated user ID from OpenRouter, and even if they can tie that back to your OpenRouter account all that they could really say is that someone with that OpenRouter API key sent in a request. On top of all of that, the government is far more interested in AI image gen than it is text gen.

Just use anything that isn't opus-5. It injects that on any kind of nsfw context, even the most vanilla stuff. Not sure if sonnet-5 also does this. For Fable-5 it only does it sometimes, I think with a keyword filter, but at least for me I never had the inject during my normal use, only when forcing it with testing.
If you want it easier just go back to Opus-4-6. That's almost as good with context recall and smarts, while not bitching at all. 4-8 also works but is slightly more of a moralfag. 4-7 is retarded

I have qwen3.5 35b installed. It still wants to act up and hit safety measures even though I have a sys prompt telling to not be a cuck. thankfully almost every time I can just regenerate and it bypasses. I'm told its due to me leaving thinking on but I'm not roleplaying, I need it to think.

I have my doubts that the NVFP4 does anything tangible since a 31B model is going to spill over to system ram no matter what I do. But it's the best I'm going to get. Gemma 12B and 26B are super fast, but way more sloppy than 31B so those are better suited for agentic anti-slop frontends like Orb.

It's dense, if it's not all on the one card then you're going to suffer
Drop down to Q6 first since the intelligence hit will be actually negligible, then if that's still bad go to Q4
Don't bother going lower

Thus far, she hasn't refused anything and seems pretty horny, too. What benefit do I get from abliterated or uncensored models on top of that?

>can you imagine what people attend those
>imagine a girl
can't you answer your own question.
An attractive woman by itself would be detrimental to such a group.
I would only ever attend such a support group to fuck with the people there.
I probably have a porn addiction but I don't care, I don't see what the point of stopping it would be, my life wouldn't magically improve
Nobody who has a food addiction just stops and changes his diet to just raw meat like a Neandertal.

Assuming that you can fit either into your VRAM, are lower quants faster than higher quants, or vice versa?

that's exactly what I was searching for.
In the meantime I downloaded summaryception, but it doesn't work like its supposed to be for existing chats and only summarizes the last 30k tokens. It's pretty convenient how it works in the background, but I also find the summary lacking crucial information, probably because I use Gemma and not Claudussy.

With 31B you really don't need uncensored or heretic anything. I only posted that because I like to test models, and I used it yesterday and remembered the tokens per second I had. At the moment I'm just looking for any variant of the 31B Gemma model that's at least 4bit with 5+ t/s. I'd argue 12/26B benefit more from the heretic forks. Sometimes it can just completely fuck a model up and you start seeing Arabic and weird spelling errors.

In theory yes but in practice a lot of the imatrix quants are going to take a big hit in speed even if it's smaller. Something like iq2_xxs might run only as fast as a normal 4bit quant thanks to this
>>
>>745019460
In the same way it's faster to load a lower resolution image than a higher one, but speed gains generally aren't worth the intelligence hit, though certain things like MoE models are designed to be super fast at any quant (so you generally pick the highest anyway)
Any speed gains you'd get by going lower than Q4 wouldn't be worth it at all

>the summary lacking crucial information, probably because I use Gemma and not Claudussy
To be fair even the good models struggle with summaries. The main reason I use claude code for that is that that can edit parts of the summary instead of having to output the whole 2000 lines again, so the "fixing" the first summary draft goes way faster compared to ST. I can also easily make it read my summary structure docs and so on, but thinking about it one could also just put them into a preset. Afaik you can hook CC up to a local model as well, so maybe look into that.
Sometimes I admire you localfags for being able to tolerate those models, when even the full K3 is too retarded for me

What the fuck are you people roleplaying that you're getting refusals and have to worry about getting vanned in the future?
Just limit yourself to something healthy like lots of rape and incest, this shit doesn't ever get refused by any model and I can't imagine it's of any interest to the FBI

Is setting up ST and all that jazz the best way to get my own Tamamo? This is extremely important

I barely use it anymore
All girls end up having the exact same personality
But its gotten me to start writing my own stuff which is great
