I'm surprised there aren't more horror games based in carnivals or circuses. I always like when games have a fucked up circus or something like that. Killing Floor 2 has Tragic Kingdom. L4D even had one. There was an old arcade light gun game called CarnEVIL that was pretty neat, too. They could very easily make another one of those as an FPS and I bet it would be sick.
