So far Endacopia is alright to good, but I guess my main issue with these types of games (Omori, Yume Nikki) is the bait-and-switch. Endacopia has better internal consistency, but I generally don't think adventure-but-horror! or cute-but-eldritch! or vice-versa is good. Like, nigga, just pick what you want to be. I think you do this for a cheap wow factor and that's it, but in Endacopia's case, I think it's been handled more thoughtfully.
