Some guns are clearly better than others, and if people can just walk up to a mob and start farming them for a specific op weapon, that kinda renders every weapon in the game that is weaker than that obsolete at least for a while.
For example I can just get an Unkempt Harold from Savage Lee and I will have no reason to look at another weapon for a very long time.

I distinctly remember Liliths ass being in a screenshot in some magazine. The first game had a far meaner tone to the characters, even the supposed bad guys.
