If even in-universe characters may make comments about a character's breasts size or consider their size, then of course in real life it can be relevant. Of course it's easy to say that a girl with medium or large breasts is attractive partially because of that.And yeah, Hinako Shirai is an example of what I just said, in Blue Reflection one of the girls describes her breasts as above-average.
