Haven't played this game in about two years but seeing the update made me come back. It's been a long time since I've played, haven't found out how to make melee characters work yet. My previous playthroughs were almost exclusively scout of hades shotgun chads door peaking and wiping out everybody in a room. Any early game tips for getting started? I've just been doing jobs on mars and normally get to the final level in the mission just to be swarmed by like 15 guys and with too little AP to take them all down. I don't have enough equipment in my cargo hold to get my basic ground yet

How do you know what to send by trade shuttle?Some things seem to be more in demand in certain places, but I don't think the "required" bit is particularly accurate.
This game is unfortunately suffer from the "late-game dullifying syndrome". You don't care about level exploring, because you have a level-scaner in technology tree(as well as additional simplifiers in terms of giving you more shit on level and lowering amounts of enemies), that let you speedrun through them, instead of being stuck for a long time trying to find a damn elevator. You don't care about fighting because tactical reload let you easily rape everything. You don't care about food management(or don't cate that much at least) because your leveled Hades class let you to ignore hunger much better. You don't care about items that much, besides some rare items needed for technology tree/clone upgrades, since after pressing "disassemble all" 6 gorrilion times you have infinite amount of all the crap you need.

It really feels like some items should not be in the same chip tier. The exosuite and stonecrusher spacesuit are both common but the exosuite has literally double the stats of the stonecrusher.
