It's insane that in 2026 there are no games fully centered on elves, we got those kind of games for every race from vampires to mermaids but nothing at all for elves. Yet they have so much potential and there is no competition, the market is fully open. I don't know if anything will ever change, do people just not know what to do with elves, or do so few people like them enough to make games on them?

Elves just aren't relatable, their only use is to serve as an "other" in the setting. You would need to basically avoid all the Tolkien tropes to make an elf-centered game appealing enough.
