It's usefulness is questionable for things like poses or composition, but it can be useful just for getting general idea or color palettes and such.I am going to double down on my mastering a game vs replaying a TAS analogy. Former might be much harder with worse results, but the fun is in the process itself. While downloading a TAS is braindead simple but can still look cool(arguably cooler), at least for the immediate moment. But ultimately it's boring. Of course there are people who excel in these tools and chain them together or setup/train custom models/loras/whatever and produce outstanding results unlike anything else, but that's like making your own TAS and an experience that is completely unlike playing a video game. You won't get the sense of immersing yourself into that world, but instead you can showcase that cool ACE that turns mario into pong with just the right input sequence. That's impressive but entirely different activity than playing the game. And typical proompters can't do that, they just do low effort stuff like pressing play on a TAS someone else made. Looks cool but it's not praiseworthy in any way.

Layers, clipping, brush import/export, masks, etc. However, I do like how CSP’s animation setup has been the least difficult to learn compared to the others. I also feel like I have better control on the brushes.

>>746052801You don't need much to start drawing manga/anime. Do you have a tablet at least? If not, get some cheap/used one, maybe a friend can borrow/give you one.Then download Krita and get familiar with the tools, brushes, etc. You won't need much more than basic pressure sensitive pen for lineart and airbrush for coloring.Then pick some simple drawing(like a chibi or something) and try to draw it. Do not trace, just look at it and try to redraw it. Maybe split it into 3x3 grid and draw box by box.Once you get a grasp on how faces, eyes, hair, body parts etc are drawn try drawing your own ideas. Or do that from start. It doesn't matter, it will look off on first, but with each drawing in general it will look better and better. The fun is in the process, even if you suck at start.Things like proper sketches, perspective and basic forms are not as relevant as in traditional drawing. They are still very useful, but you can defer learning them for later. No need to grind drawing spheres and boxes if you just want a moe blob.
