Top right has to be crossed off.Assume that the 10 in that column is filled in (red squares). Because of it, the orange squares of the first two rows must also be filled in.That however creates a contradiction with the 2nd-to-last column, with the 1 in the purple squares.That means the 10 can't be at the very top of that column, and the top right square must be crossed off.
