Should I just give up hope that Yo-kai Watch will ever have a meaningful comeback? I look at Digimon and see how the series limped along until it found it's footing again and I hope Yo-kai Watch can do the same thing. Level-5 seems hellbent on sabotaging the series though. Does anybody care about Holy Horror Mansion? It looks like shit.

Digimon has some crazy staying power. Have you seen its failures? Most things would die from 1 of them. And Digimon survived all of them.
As for YKW. Nostalgia for it is a thing now. Ive been watching several challenge videos on it. But like the other guy said Holy Horror Mansion is keeping YKW from doing anything big by existing.

It's dead and buried. It was a fad in Japan for like two years (2014-2016) and everyone moved on.
