I was more impressed by SHF, but I hate hide and seek gameplay so Grace sections were my personal hell. RE9 is still really good tho. SHF is genuine kino but it being sympathetic to female experiences of forced marriages makes it auto hated by at least 80% of the board. >>745974046SH expats try to create a new summoning spot in Japan. Meanwhile, Hinako has been unwittingly ingesting SH juice, making her more potent to spirit shit. Fox gods want her pussy for its power. She wants to be free. She is also having a mental breakdown after years of ingesting SH pills at her wedding while a deity battle is raging in her soul. The events of the game are her frantic recollections of the past as she slowly butchers her way through people at her wedding using the powers of Fox Tree SH juice as she simultaneously makes peace with herself and reclaims, fleetingly, a notion of her own autonomy. But in fact she is utterly fucked after having been afflicted with varying competing deities for years and the game ends with her disappearance and implied spiritual annihilation, with the silver lining in the true end being that she achieves inner peace.
Requiem is a much more polished, high budget game and is obviously much more fun to play. Silent Hill is a much more interesting game. Requiem is the most creatively bankrupt RE game.

I hope we get a sequel to f or something along similar lines. Japan is a much more interesting setting than America for this sort of game.
