I must've replayed Fallout 3 a dozen times by now, but never on Very Hard difficulty, so I've decided to try it! This is my build.Does anyone here still play Fallout 3? Where do you put your skill points?
I play on Very Hard all the time back when I played this game. You can get infinite skill points through the different glitches, etc.So, I definitely don't put anything in science.
>>745976884>but never on Very Hard difficultyWhy?Bethesda game difficulty just increases everything HP and damage. Now killing even a rat will take you 50 bullets and 3 hours because every enemy will have 9999k health
>>745976884>Where do you put your skill points?Endurance, on Very Hard, you pretty much have to do every side quest you come across for xp
>>745977363I can't stand that shit. If anything it should lower everythings health so you can die in like 2 3 shots. NV didnt fix it either
>>745976884Just get Superior Defender and Ghoul Ecology and everything dies.
>>745977363Personally, after playing hundreds of hours on both 3 and NV on Very Hard, I find Hard to be a good balance.
>>745978394For skyrim too the expert-master difficulty works best depending on class. Legendary is for sweaty minmaxing.
>>745976884>>745978318to be fair, difficulty in these games is extremely hard to get right because there is no cover, enemies don't seem to reload ever and they run in a straight line towards youi don't even know what i'd consider a "harder" game, dying in a low number of shots would feel more frustrating and would turn the whole game into peekabo since there are no cover mechanics
