Poisonous.
Basic and Healing still require you to focus yourself on attacking to end combat. Poisoning enemies and backing off or focusing elsewhere can solve the fight for you.

I feel like more info is needed. The critical sword seems objectively inferior to the standard one. Do critical hits ignore defense/armor? Depending on attack speed, I could see poison being good and maybe even healing depending on how much health the wielder has.
