Why didn't they bring him back in the sequel? I was expecting a tweest that one of the guys is Lazarus. They could just keep doing that for several games.

doesnt the infinite life thing require you to take years from other people?

Yeah but he probably could have gotten away with it if he pulled the brakes after getting elected instead of turning the entire country into his personal bizarro world cult of puritanism

The courtroom chapter wasn’t exactly the best one in the game in puzzle sense, but it really had a nice feeling of ”what the fuck” with all the puritanism nonsense.

why ruin the ending of golden idol? "guy who thinks he's a genius paragon of humanity gets blown up by an idiot drunk as he's acting on his own lust and vanity" was the perfect ending imo

I played the sequel cuz I watched a lets play of the first and it was pretty good. I kind of prefer the pixelated, slightly choppy look of this game, the sequel makes everyone look like their bodies are jiggling bonelessly.

It's not puritanism, it was transparently modeled after the secular French Revolution and the Terror that followed
>>
>>745989904
It was cromwellian puritanism mixed with french revolution tyranny

Like most men, his biggest weakness was going to great lengths for pussy
he could've had hundreds of women but put himself at risk for one roastie

there was hardly any Cromwell in it at all, aside from being British, it was purely Lockian philosophies taken to their logical extreme
