the single core performance of that Cpu is not bad and 6 cores it should be a decent pair for that Gpu. So you either have bad settings or the game's Cpu heavy.

For some reason all the modern Capcom titles are CPU heavy and I get bottlenecked by it
Wilds literally idles at 90-100%CPU and it's only gotten worse with updates (meanwhile the GPU load keeps going down)
