controller is simply more FUN than a mouse for shooters, fun is something autists forget about

Controller
>similar hand posture as holding a gun
>triggers give the sensation of a gun trigger
>the trigger has resistance to it like a real gun trigger
>rumble in the controller gives the sensation of recoil
>can move it around in the air and not restricted by a desk
>can use gyro aim and gives the sensation of pointing a gun at your enemy
>gyro aim is more precise than normal controller that a youtuber used gyro aim on TF2 and was dominating the server

Mouse
>doesn't feel like holding a gun handle, feels like im washing a table
>has no physical feedback like rumble, very mechanical
>clicking a mouse doesn't feel like pulling a trigger, feels like im using a finger to crush a bug
>there is no resistance so its very binary, 0 or 1 press or no press
>can't move it around in the air, it must rest on a desk at all times
>in no way does it give the sensation of a gun, it just feels like doing work at the office

Most people that like mouse have autism cause how else can you have fun with boring office work equipment

I like being able to keep my crosshair on my target so I use kbm. Controller users might not understand this concept because they're too busy mashing buttons to be able to pay attention to what's happening in the game.

There's some kind of truth to this because using a steering wheel for driving games is inherently more fun than using a controller. But using a controller over a mouse isn't close to equivalent.

If you have autism you would think that, autists hyper optimize the fun out a game. Like Guitar Hero is fun cause of the way you play it with the guitar controller but the game itself is easier and more efficient with a keyboard. The autist doesn't care about the guitar controller, they think about the numbers. They see the score system and say if its higher number then you win so they use a keyboard for more efficiency to get those higher numbers

Autists cant comprehend this

Most adults don't play with swords for long periods of time, like a child would. Men learn actual fencing or do something that requires skill like drawing, writing or playing skill based games. And in the later case you always prefer precision over feedback.

Moving a mouse isnt a skill worth investing in, games are just a leisure hobby for fun. What did you get from this skill? Are you going pro and making millions? Invest in a real skill and just leave games to be fun and a leisure hobby to pass the time like reading a book or watching a show

Its the same basic skills as using a controller, aka hand eye coordination and muscle memory. Video games are entertaining because they involve complex systems, difficult challenges and unique stories. But that's all done through the controller device, which requires precision and responsiveness.

The only muscle youre moving is your wrist and a few fingers. There are better skills you can invest in that will improve you way more. The sedentary nature of gaming does more harm to your health then whatever benefit it gives you in hand eye coordination. Remember this hobby is for fun but all sedentary hobbies like gaming, watching TV, reading books shouldn't be taking up most of your day. A controller is not a dance pad. The most "Fun" thing it has is that the trigger is a little analogous to a trigger in games centered around firearms. In return, you trade every part of precision movement and aim.

>>
>>746002875
Efficiency and comfort according to the task.
Anything killcount would need a mouse to aim because using a stick would often put you in a situation where the controller lacks behind your skills. A singleplayer tps doesn't need a mouse to aim, because it isn't designed to and never or rarely puts you in a situation where you need more than a controller can do. Fightan need a gamepad at least and a stick/board if they are more comfy for you.
In short everytime you can truly blame your input method for performing worse you are using the incorrect peripheral.
