Recently some YT channel popped up in my feed where the dude claimed (and showed with spreadsheets lmao) that there is nothing wrong with Oblivion's leveling system and that the entire problem is with the enemy scaling.

Now I feel like playing classic Oblivion again.

Everyone knows this. The complaint everyone has always had with leveling is the enemies.
Oblivion is still a boring slog even if you fix that though. Just like Skyrim.
