No.Valve screwed over the Artifact fanbase by cancelling the Artifact 2.0 beta without even allowing users to invite friends like they said they would in January 2021 and does not deserve your financial support for these gross consumer-unfriendly practices.

It's a really solid puzzle game with a good length, great art direction, a good sountrack, three individually memorable main characters (maybe four if you count the AI at the start of the game which was memorable enough for devs to ape,) an incredibly strong co-op campaign tacked on and a level editor which is still getting new levels today.It succeeds in almost everything it attempts to do and I say that even though I have a little more affinity for Portal 1 because I like the mysterious isolated tone a little more than the sci-fi comedy especially in games after Portal 2.

The writing is g-d fucking awful and it with the pacing will make you want to cash out of all your Valve comp-slop games (Which you *really* should anyway right now).They also made the crosshair useless garbage that isn't able to tell you what surfaces can be portaled. All it does is tell you if you've fired a blue and/or orange portal since your last Emancipation Grid, and got rid of throwing physprops with mouse1.
