What's the minimum framerate you can endure?

I can tolerate 30 fps if the game is good and i have no other choice because the developer was forced in to an exclusivity deal.I can tolerate 30 fps in older turn based games when emulating theoretically even lower.We could tolerate sub 30 fps in old games because the same ware less comlex.

Nobody would want to change OOT.That games at the moment don't push hardware at low resolution and maybe low framerate are why they aren't impressive. But motion blur is preferable to low framerate. Ie interlacing a lot.
