Because people don't take what rich people say in public seriously anymore because we all know they are pathological liars that would sell anyone and everybody to keep their influence, power and money and nothing else in their worlds matter. They don't feel joy as normal people do anymore and only people that depend on these people for a living even care enough to give them attention. It's like having a boss and having to laugh through his stupid jokes and just chuckle and smile at their terrible takes because he's the one signing the paychecks.
