Green Lantern game where you unlock lots of different constructs throughout your play-through could be cool.
The problems are that:
A This kind of flying combat is very difficult to pull off
B The character isn't popular enough to get returns from another hundreds of millions of dollars AAA investment, and yes every game needs to be that expensive nowadays, for reasons
C WB is way too incompetent

It would be hard to do Green Lantern and make it really feel like Green Lantern unless it's like Scriblenauts.
