I just see the remake as a win for everybody. It will be more appealing to newcomers, it will give old hats something fresh to enjoy.

As someone who loved the original I have zero interest in this if its a 1:1 remake like Starfox. It would have to be a modern Resident Evil type Remake for me to bother getting a Switch 2 to play it. If its just a 1:1 thing I will just watch the cut scenes on youtube.

Came back for this. This is still the GOAT. The perfect game that encapsules what O.G. games used to be evolving to Elden Ring. This was the last Era I "Played Nintendo". I'm consuming/slop buying after swearing I'd never be a console normie Again,( and fucking Nintendo. Not the same 80's-Disney like Corp it used to: It's also current year Disney.) But this one tied in with the Movie might be the perfect bookend to the death of gaming. Npc's are like gaming journalists; they enjoy easy, cell phone interactive generic story slop. This one got everything: the open world, the puzzles, dungeon's, bosses Just up date the combat and it's still the king. Visual's are for normies. I've been wanting to play all the other mainline titles I missed starting with Wind Wanker. Also it's just becoming impossible to keep up with P.C. master race and games are just meh. I don't have time for all this shit on top of spending 65% of my time moding, then trouble shooting mods/patches. So fuck it. Regress back to being a filthy console peasant.
