Xenoblade Genesis is my #1 right now and will be picking up Fire Emblem next month. Also going to pick up the Terranigma release if it's like $15

Ok, so replaying Xenoblade 2 right now and how exactly in-game are you supposed to know what, if any, special effects your Blades' level 4 Specials have? For levels 1 through 3 it's simple, you just read the red nodes on their affinity chart, but what about level 4s? Do they just have the same bonus effect as the level 3s or something?Also for Poppi, the nodes say that the effect of the Special is determined by Poppiswap, yeah, I get that, but then does unlocking more nodes for each Special actually do anything at all? Give a boost to the effect of the Poppiswap part? How much of a boost exactly?

Is Monochrome Mobius worth playing through? Is Utawarerumono Past and Present? Want to clear these off my back log but MM is fucking BORINGGG. The story is fine but Utawarerumono trilogy had an issue sometimes with dragging and it's double on here with the slow ass boring ass gameplay. Shunya is cute but damn it with no comfy SOL sequence, there's really no getting to "know" the characters except for tropes.

>>746063885It's a full on remake of the first game that misleads you at first glance with its cutesy premise. As the story starts going, the real plot unveils itself and you're sucked into an adventure that will tug at your strings and will leave you wanting more. It doesn't do anything new or groundbreaking, but it makes up for that with it's solid execution. I loved it so much I played it twice before the devs gifted everyone a free epilogue DLC that ties up loose ends in the first games story and challenges you with the hardest boss in the game. You don't need to play it twice, but NG+ has some extra stuff to make you stronger. A playthrough can take 30-40 hours with the epilogue taking another 10. Mind you I take my time playing any JRPG so your mileage may vary. There are also a ton of missables but there's a spoiler free guide for that. It's one of the most charming games I ever played.
