>>746058065>>746058469If you think he was in the wrong, then you don't understand his character arc. In fact you don't understand Warcraft III at all. THE ENTIRE POINT of his story is that a genuinely good Hero, who is ready to sacrifice himself, gets played by the Big Bad. The Lich King didn't want to destroy Lordaeron or defeat Arthas. Everything he did was just a ruse to make Arthas his champion. The Lich King's entire plan was hinging on the fact that Arthas was good, that he did nothing wrong, because he needed the self-sacrifical aspect of a hero, for his plan to properly work out. That's it. That is what makes character arc of Arthas so tragic. His decisions, his heroism, his self-sacrifice doom him. I suspect they also made him more psychologically vulnerable, so he wouldn't be able to resist the Corruption of Frostmourne or at least not have a good version of him survive to some capacity. Corruption in the Warcraft universe works weird. It's not exactly mind control. It's more like an evil twin taking over the body of someone with the general values of their faction. If the target is willing he is able to retain his previous personality. If he is unwilling, he often is kinda stupid or very one-note. But if he is psychologically broken, then it's almost like he is doing it willingly. But that "mechanic" is never quite confirmed in Warcraft, but can be infered from the fact that everyone, who has ever been corrupted, acts like this.

>>746065560He shouldn't have gone to Northrend without running it past his dad. Arthas was portrayed as reckless and arrogant which leads to his eventual downfall. Especially if it's part of the mission, which was assigned to him. Also organizing such an expedition takes time. I am sure the king was informed of it, while it was preparing. Thes things realistically don't happen overnight. It was also Uther, who convinced Terenas to call the expedition back.>I still think Uther was a coward for not actually stepping in and stopping him. As a Paladin he should have put himself between the civies and the swords if he truly believed Arthas was in the wrong.Uther was an insecure boomer. He constantly pulled rank on Arthas without Arthas provoking him. He sees Arthas taking initiative with the Orcs and has to immideately pull a lesson out of his ass to verbally dominate him. He sent two knights to his death. If Arthas pulled that shit with Mal'ganis, everyone would call him a retard. And when it came to real and serious problems like Stratholme he didn't have any solution to it, because he only does things by the book. I think Uther was deliberately portrayed like that by Blizzard.

>>746077457>turn away... before it's too late...>Still trying to protect the sword, are you?>no... trying to protect you... from itKino
Who wrote the inscription on the Frostmourne dias indicating that it was cursed? Frostmourne seems to be presented as being some legendary blade that's been hidden in Northrend forever, but we come to find out that it was put there in the last 10 or so years, right? If not even more recently if I'm misremembering when Ner'zhul ejects it from the ice containing the rest of the Lich King armor.
>>746078243Yeah that part is kind of weird. I think part of the setup is having someone knowingly walk into the trap makes it more powerful so it's all setup that way on purpose, including even the guardians. And then it seeming ancient was just a planted rumor/ruse.Also to keep other people away to make sure the right person takes the sword. But still, it is kind of inconsistent in the feel.

A risk that if they failed the kingdom WOULD get wiped out. On top of that, every second they waste is time that the cult is pulling more bullshit. The previous mission IIRC had you nearly annihilated due to the assault of an undead army. Sitting around to besiege Stratholme would be inviting a further assaults like that while your own men dwindle and the enemy's army wax. Not to mention that you'd have to divert a significant amount of manpower away from other fronts and that there's no guarantee you will be able to contain the entire population.
>>746085263Yeah but a little bit later than if they got bodied at Stratholme.
Can I get the lore rundown on why Stratholme has been burning for years on end?
>>746068983As outsiders we can look at Arthas' actions and say that he was wrong, but as others have pointed out, he was acting very realistically given his characterization.

>>746085673yeah he probably should have done something, I guess they hand it away with Arthas being the crown prince but still
>>746085934>Why did Nerd'zhul want a six foot tall human male avatar? To break free from his prison.>Why did his goat demon imprisoners even entertain him and go through the trouble of helping him realize it?Because he told them it was part of his plan to prepare the demon invasion. Which it was.
>>746086014Why did he choose Arthas as opposed to Thrall or an orc? Moreover, the Dreadlords seem like incels since their plan for the invasion involved giving Nerzhul all the power and hoping he wouldnt betray them. Even Archimonde and Mannoroth were pathetic.
Could the Legion have defeated Lordaeron and the other humans without the help of the Scourge (assuming Archimonde was still summoned)?
>>746079878Not like the real story was much better. In the end, before all of this power scaling nonsense, Arthas' entire story is just a subplot of a subplot wherein Ner'zhul wanted to get a little bit of revenge on the people who tortured his spirit. Then they all get killed largely unrelated to anything he (Ner'zhul) does, so he just retires to Northrend to chill. No pun intended.Warcraft III is such a fucking stupid story. It's just lore soup for a bunch of uncompelling characters and themes. What a shocker that World of Warcraft, a monthly scam (plus base and expansion fees), would be more of the same.Age of Empires is still the best RTS. At least it has actual stragey, unlike the piss easy joke maps of WC3. Literal baby-tier shit you don't even need to pay attention to.
>>746086083>Why did he choose Arthas as opposed to Thrall or an orc?Because orcs were irrelevant scattered tribes or slaves in internment camps, he needed to subvert the Alliance as it was the most powerful force in the Eastern Kingdoms. The orcs also were tried on the previous invasion and they failed already. The nathrezim dreadlords are portrayed as natural schemers and very few in number, so they jump with Ner'zhul's plan because it fits their mode of operation.Even if they knew Ner'zhuls true case, why would it matter to them? Ner'zhul fulfilled his role perfectly, he destroyed the most powerful kingdoms on the continent and summoned Archimonde, it's just that he also placed a bet in case the Legion lost, but why would they care?I'm not saying this is genius world building, but it's literally addressed in game.

>>746081349He should've been trying to convince the Night Elves to come to the Eastern Kingdoms. If everybody had allied against the Scourge and Burning Legion in Lordaeron, then they could have prevented the Scourge from overrunning Lordaeron, Alterac, Dalaran and Quel'thalas and adding the bodies to their numbers, they could have prevented the resurrection of Kel'Thuzad, and most importantly they could have prevented the Scourge from getting their hands on Medivh's spellbook, and therefore summoning the demons in the first place. And instead of just a rag-tag group of Alliance refugees, you could've had the seven Human kingdoms, the Dwarves and the High Elves fighting with the Night Elves against the Scourge. Sure, you wouldn't have the Tauren, but that's a fair exchange. And best of all, since the Night Elves already know about the Burning Legion, it would have been easy to explain the threat and have it be credible. And before you say Tyrande would have told him to go fuck himself, at least she already knows about the Burning Legion and would have been more likely to comply than carry the entire population of the Western Kingdoms across the sea to Kalimdor.

>>746086779>Because Arthas is the most appropiate, the heir of the most powerful kingdomThis is what really kills the story for me, because it seems like such a logical conclusion for Ner'zhul to use Arthas to infiltrate Lordaeron and dismantle it from the inside, or even command it and use it.Instead he just kills the king and then almost dies because he had no escape plan. It makes less than no sense in the story because at that point Lordaeron is already on its last legs. The Scourge is steamrolling and he actively recalls them just so he can have Arthas roll up looking like the Hero of Columbine for literally no other reason than to kill Terenas, then re-initiate the Scourge, who were already functioning fine and were guaranteed success. It's just drama for drama's sake, which would be fine if the characters literally had anything going on and were making emotionally logical movements, but they aren't, so I feel nothing. It's just second-rate writers aping the genuinely great fantasy writers they grew up on, all bundled in babby's first Real-Time Strategy game that functions more as a movie than any true interactive experience.Fuck Blizzard. >>746058065Is everyone responding to this retarded?Arthas has always been an asshole. He killed a whole town of people He intentionally stranded his army in hostile territory for his vengeance He sacrificed his friend for his vengeance as wellAnd all of this happened before hw got the sword.
>>746058469>do we send the sword to prison?Sword was already in prison before Arthas obtained it. This is clearly the fault of the guards who allowed Arthas and Muradin to reach it.

The Scourge is steamrolling and he actively recalls them just so he can have Arthas roll up looking like the Hero of Columbine for literally no other reason than to kill TerenasIs this based on anything within WC3? Because if not I think it's just unfair to complain about bad writing that came afterwards as if it has any bearing on how the plot was conceptualized within the game itself

>>746081349THIS IS NOT THE TIME FOR RAMBLING PROPHETS.
I have a feeling that plot should've been slightly different, but they changed it at some point. It feels like Arthas somehow got infected during the defense of Hearthglen and since then he acts unwise and impulsive, as if he had too little time left. When they reach Northrend general mentions that Arthas completely ignores the bone‑chilling cold, as if he was already dead.

>>746086496>and totally won't betray you, pinky promiseThe Legion is so cocky that they assume whatever strings that mortals are pulling won't work against them.Tichondrius, one of the Legion highest ranking general, didn't even bother to study what happened during War of the Ancients. Illidan shown up in his turf and his reaction was a lukewarm "get out of my HOUSE"!
>Tremble, mortals, and despair! Doom has come to this world
>>746091241Somewhat? I mean if you follow the story in WC3, it's apparent that, in terms of Humans, Arthas is the only one properly combating the Cult of the Damned (Scourge), so when he turns, there's nobody really left to oppose them. Uther as well as the other lords and holds are just sort of scattered and aimless, and Terenas himself is never shown really doing anything. The Scourge had already secretly infiltrated a large portion of Lordaeron under Tichondrius by the time Arthas kills Terenas, so really there was nothing to stop the kingdom from falling. It was already over before it started. That's one of the weirdest parts because ultimately it feels like the Human Campaign is kind of pointless, but to setup Wrath of the Lich King. Just based on how the rest of the story relating to Archimonde plays out, Lordaeron presumably falls no matter what, whether Arthas becomes a Death Knight or not.The only part where he factors in is helping Kel'Thuzad steal Medivh's book that summons Archimonde, but I mean... he just helps the brute force siege of Dalaran. It's not like Arthas being Arthas had any part to play. He's a literal tool.THAT ALL BEING SAID, all of the stuff that came afterwards, at least up to a certain point, or at least relevant to what I'm critiquing, was written by the same person. So I wouldn't really call it unfair, but all of the aforementioned is exclusive to WC3 and not EU/WoW.

>>746088379He's not lying. When you first get Jaina, you have to make her kill every enemy/neutral npc using blizzard in order for her to join Arthas during Stratholme
>>746092451>I mean if you follow the story in WC3, it's apparent that, in terms of Humans, Arthas is the only one properly combating the Cult of the Damned (Scourge)I don't think that's apparent at all because, with the story's focus being about Arthas' corruption and fall, pretty much nothing is shown beyond of what he is doing. It might be reasonable to think he's ahead of the curve in that he is trying to deal with the source of the plague itself (the plagued grain and then Mal'Ganis), but there's no reason to assume the other generals of Lordaeron are losing. So in the absence of any information regarding the state of the war, it'd be reasonable to assume that what happens later on in the story is something necessitated by how the war is unfolding. That is to say, Arthas murdering his father shows that it was necessary for that to happen in order for the scourge to be able to win.The only reason to think otherwise is because one is either biased against the game for whatever reason or has come to it with preconceived notions about its plot based on external material.

Frostmourne is supposed to be some super amazing scary powerful sword, but Arthas gets it and then he's barely any stronger than he was before in the final mission. Then, he's supposed to be wandering through the frozen wasteland for a longass time going insane, but we immediately get the cutscene where he returns and kills his dad. I feel like it would have been better if they wrote the Orc campaign to be after the Human campaign. First of all, you'd have the two "classic" races to play as before the new ones, plus it'd feel like Arthas was actually gone for a while, plus you wouldn't have it to where Archimonde shows up and is supposed to be the baddest guy ever, then the plot comes to a screeching halt to have the whole Orc side story. That's all of course ignoring the fact that Arthas is a Kerrigan retread with a lame antihero element that was all the rage at the time. Thankfully The Frozen Throne is pure kino.
>>746058065the devil made him do it
>>746090823None of this is in WC3. It's the same reason why D2R is arguably worse than just regular D2 since they fucking refuse to make it playable offline. PD2 is also arguably the best way to play D2 nowadays since it adds almost everything that D2R has but its playable offline and has a fuckton more effort put into each patch, it even has fully functional WASD movement now, something that D2R removed because they can't be bothered to fix the gamebreaking bug that they introduced with it.

>>746058469Arthas did a lot of horrible things as a Death Knight not because of the sword, but due to the Lich King who commanded him telepathically. The moment Arthas picked up Frostmourne, the Lich King snatched his soul. Then again, the Lich King himself isn't so dark and more towards being a victim himself. He was in fact turned this way by the Burning Legion. So Arthas was doing atrocities commanded by the Lich King who himself was under the thrall of the guys that the Undead Scourge has to summon into Azeroth in order to conquer it.Arthas started out as a genuinely good guy until he was faced with a force that was turning the people of Lordaeron into more meatshields for itself, Uther and Jaina left him when he was faced with a dark and heavy decision in the name of moral superiority, went down the slippery slope in the name of vengeance and wanting power to save Lordaeron, only to end up as its destroyer and deadliest leader of the same Undead Scourge he swore to fight. His link with Ner'Zhul caused him to shed all compassion, shame and mercy.Ner'Zhul wasn't innocent, but it's clear he didn't want to do the bidding of demons nor anything as a glorified slave in charge of a faction that is literally an undead apocalypse. He was reduced to a soul when Kil'Jaden caught him and he rejected one of the guys that is 2nd to Sargeras himself. It was either to be said slave or face something far worse than death (and since he was reduced to a soul...you see where I am going here?).By that definition both Arthas and Ner'Zhul are victims since the 1st wasn't in control of himself while the 2nd had at first a gun stuck to his head and later got chained and forced to do some seriously bad things.

The Lich King is extremely dark and evil, just also a puppet in someone else's schemes to start. The carnage and destruction never stops, even after the Lich King is independently directing Arthas and the Scourge with the Legion no longer in control.

>>746101292Was he?As I know he was still stuck in Icecrown Glacier. Doesn't it mean that he was still under the Legion's control. The Dreadlords in what was left of Lordaeron still had control over a good chunk of the Scourge too. It's only after Arthas fuses with Ner'Zhul and Sylvanas slaughters all but one Dreadlord (you know which one...and slaughters Gilithos) is when the Undead Scourge is finally free of Legion control.
>>746101487>Doesn't it mean that he was still under the Legion's control. No, what? Legion and Scourge are literally fighting each other in the Frozen Throne, the Legion being able to wrest control some/many of the undead is just the consequence of the Lich King weakening. It's just the two villain factions duking it out.
>>746101732But then again, wasn't the very first mission of the TFT Undead Campaing Arthas's decision to slaughter the people that were trying to escape into the mountains?
>>746101862I think so, he seems pretty independent for most of TFT besides the Lich King "motivating" him to return. But his control of the Scourge is also linked to his connection to the Lich King. The Lich King is shown as an evil entity the entire story with no care or compassion for anyone else, only concerned with its own survival and breaking free from the Legion. There's no other motivations or tendencies shown. He's the most successful schemer of them all, which is pretty impressive considering everything going on.
>>746089126Frostmourne devoured his soul when he took it.
>>746102109I think that this lack of compassion also was the result of why Arthas was how he was. Arthas's compassion, sense of shame, his very conscience were literally shut down by the Lich King. The Lich King himself didn't start out as a complete villain, but Ner'Zhul did turn over time into a self-serving arse and then put at gunpoint by the Burning Legion.I do wonder if Blizzard went with the complete soul-merge thing, would the new Lich King have regained at least some of his conscience or would've he become something far worse?Would've liked it if the Lich King made out of the fusion of Arthas's and Ner'Zhul's souls became a blank slate with memories of both and none of the negatives the two had. Not to mention slowly piecing together everything until deciding to get vengeance on the Burning Legion...but also on everyone who turned their backs on Arthas and Ner'Zhul when they were still normal and not changed.

And je still didn't came back when the retarded jamaican appointed the eternally coping morally grey yass queen as the leader despite her clearly not giving a shit about the horde which lead to even more problems for the next 2 expansions forward.Thrall indirectly caused Shadowlands which retcon and assassinated almost every bad guy in the franchise, ner zhul, sargeras, kil jaeden all of em.

Medivh wouldn't specifically know about Frostmourne, so can't go too meta and tell them to deal with the undead, but don't go to northrend.

Nerzhul knows he ultimately cant win a ground war, thats why he uses arthus to destroy the kingdom and splinter the alliance from within. >>746134035I think the Dwarves just dig in to some mountain or ruin, and maintain a functional siege forever. Not literally forever, the dwarves would eventually die to old age if nothing else, but, there's really not a way the then scourge has to break that particular bunker, especially since they're spread kinda thin operating elsewhere, and stockpiling troops for The Big Day, whatever that ends up being in this scenario. Honestly the bigger risk is the Dwarves picking a bad spot to dig in and dying to whatever's in there with them.If Arthas doesn't sail for Northrend when he does, then eventually someone else does to assault the Scourge at some point. Maybe it's Arthas at a later date or some other human group, maybe it's Illadin, it doesn't really matter much. The timeline is pushed back, but largely doesn't change beyond the details and potential life and death of a few individual dwarves.

>>746135445Yeah, it's just lame as shit. Arthas watching him die and not giving a single fuck is pretty damn important.
>>746086083Important contextThe Scourge weren't JUST the current plan, it was also a proof of concept testbed for how the Burning Legion might conquer worlds going forwards. Some degrees of efficiency being sacrificed to get better data would be expected under such circumstances. They're trying new shit out, getting a feel for its strengths and weaknesses, seeing the cool shit they can do with it that they previously couldn't. The nature of Nerzhul's imprisonment also wasn't super well understood, it was likely assumed he just wouldn't be able to make any moves big enough to actually upset the Burning Legion's plans, and wouldn't dare oppose the people who had already taught him a lesson. They were wrong, but, it's not the most stupid mistake to make, especially if questioning the safety of the situation your boss set up, brings doubt onto your vindictive boss. Boss man says it's fine, it's probably fine, unless you want to be the guy that tells him he might have made a mistake. This is why a non-toxic work environment where good faith criticism and questioning of orders is important, even for evil overlords.
>>746135207>he's hanging out there because they couldn't get out.Doesn't anyone know they're there? In a mission with mercs, they send an airship with a messenger. Can't they send the same one to pick up dwarfs?

My biggest grievance about WoW is how it seem to barely acknowledge the RTS has more than background for the mmo.Garrosh should have based his whole ideology upon the fact Orcs did won the first war at some point but their lack of cohesion destroyed their whole conquest.>they lost because of gul dan betraying themindeed, that's why gul dan should have stayed alive or died because of kil jaeden and not his thirst for power
>>746135707Given the sort of bizarre scaling of things in Warcraft 3, it's a bit easy to overlook that the fleet sent to Northrend isn't actually just a couple boats with a dozen guys on it, it's a massive naval armada, that importantly has enough supplies to make the crossing, supply the campaign in Northrend, then make it home. Airships simply aren't the same level of beast when it comes to strategic mobility. You can't pack a thousand men into airships and send them home that way, because they'd starve. The airships are much smaller, and can carry much less cargo than the actual ships. You MIGHT be able to pack an airship enough to make a voyage of that scale with maybe two or three guys on it, assuming the airships themselves don't need any limited supply you aren't finding over open water, but that's not saving the entire armada. At best that's getting a message home to send a rescue crew to pick up whoever's still alive in a few months.
>>746081349>Reach for Arthas>"Uther is fucking stupid please be patient and keep your cool when explaining serious stuff to him">Reach for Jaina>"Never leave Arthas alone he needs your help. Also ask your father to help dwarfs in Northrend">Reach for Thrall>"Yeah fuck of somewhere west or east or anywhere bro">Reach for elves >"Come help humans they need you or forest will die or something"Aliance together will destroy demons.

>>746132997Its way funnier that Tyrande didnt wanna fuck him and Maiev also just wants to kill him with 0 other thought The elf born to be cucked
>Starcraft, Diablo II and Warcraft III all in a span of 5 yearsHow did Blizzard do it?
>>746136569Then he gets on his knees and bows and scrapes before a demon immediately in Frozen Throne at the slightest suggestion he might get Tyrande somehow. Atrocious levels of simping.
>>746136569Apparently there is a bronze dragonflight quest in nu-wow where illidan and tyrande are on a date and you have to foil it so she ends up with malfurion
>>746136261Someone actually was crazy enough to try a balloon ship for an Arctic Expedition. It crashed due to winds and instability in such a crazy environment and all 3 men were killed and eaten by bears a few months later trying to walk out. They werent found for 20 years then someone found their final campsite and the photos they'd taken and published them.
>>746136720It is a mystery that we may never be able to figure out.
>>746076314>you may die at any timeso what? that's how everybody lives
>>746136720>How did Blizzard do it?By not taking 3 months to design, model and animate every single character and creature in the game, also not spending over 3 weeks to ship 5 lines of code.
>>746137415The days of minimizing animations and voicelines and such are gone and I miss them so much. Warcraft III and starcraft has cinematics just for key, punchy, impactful moments, which only serves to highlight them and make them feel even more important.Even big RPGs commonly would only voice key lines of dialogue to establish a character, or give weight to a very important moment. All this was efficient and smart and helped people focus on actually just finishing their damn games. RTS like C&C used FMV to efficiently create their characters and storyline moments. Many games took their engine and just drafted new story and missions and units and then gave you MORE content, more of what you already declared you liked and wanted more of (imagine), and all in a timely manner. Efficiency, working smart, completely dead art for the top line studios nowadays.
>>746101031>Ner'Zhul wasn't innocent, but it's clear he didn't want to do the bidding of demons nor anything as a glorified slave in charge of a faction that is literally an undead apocalypse. Ner'zhul went mad by the end of Warcraft II and not due to funny cursed artifact, but on his own volition. He abandoned his subordinate to a soon to be exploding planet and jumped head first into the portal.
>>746056995is the reforged version bad if i just want to play through the main campaign?
>>746138129He knew Kil'jaeden was after him, right? I'd do anything I could to get the fuck out if I could too.
>>746138237Yes. It actually just straight up has replaced audio and bugs and worse cutscenes and just is inferior to the original product. Pirate the Pre-reforged version instead.
>>746138253Beyond The Dark Portal has Ner'zhul commanding the remnant of Orc army to collect Mcguffin to summon another portal to conquer another planet. But ended up destablized the entire universe by summoning too many portals. He abandoned all his comrades due to the prospect of conquering another planet, but ended up landing right inside Twisting Nether. Where he met Kil'jaeden.
>>746065997>Arthas was portrayed as reckless and arrogantWrong, Arthas was portrayed as the only single entity in the world of Azeroth who actually knew what was going on and what the risks.Uther didn't care about an entire city falling to the undeath even if his only fucking job is to protect people.Jaina is a woman and got the ick.Terenas was warned about the plague and didn't care.Arthas was literally the only person who was willing to do anything to get rid of the cult of the damned and the undead.
>>746115610WOULD
>>746127983Metzen did some cool art back then
>>746135234Warcraft peaked here.
>OOOOH but he destroyed THE WHOLE CITY. Like, HE KILLED EVERY SINGLE SOULD THAT LIVED THERE. Full genocide. Not a single person left alive>Aftermission cinematic shows locals stockpilling corpses to burn them, implying that Arthas managed to save some people He was right all the way
>>746059601Where are all the orc blademasters in WoW?
>>746140440Don't worry about it. Here, have gay twink dragons, pedophile furrys and gay bearded dwarfs.
>>746132712Hots was made inhouse. With a small team of the last batch of old Blizz veteran devs.Reforged was outsourced to the cheapest Malaysian shitters iirc
>>746132712They outsourced reforged to indians which is why it sucks fo fucking bad. If they had made it in house people would have loved reforge just like people loved resurrected. The soul complaint people would of had was the change to custom game ownership.
>>746115610I can fix her
We did it boys. We hit the bump limit. It's ogre.
>>746115610>>746140794You can't fix her. Nothing can

>>746141338That's my coom fuel wife
>>746056995>I was a fool for trusting the lightedgy..
>>746142023Not anymore since they retconned the light to not be good and is now just a power anyone can use even evil people.
>>746141897>>746141905... heresy
>>746142213It's been that way since at least classic WoW, given the Scarlet Crusade. One could say it was the case in Warcraft 3 since Arthas doesn't lose his Light powers until he becomes undead.
>>746142389The Scarlet Crusade believed they were fighting for a genuine good cause and that was enough for them to be able to use the light.
>>746142389It's pretty easy to dismiss that as just a very temporary transition period. He was a full on Paladin and only just took up the cursed sword, so idk, just lingering misplaced power that fixed itself pretty fast. Also just structurally not wanting to completely change his mechanics in the final mission where it would confuse the player.
>>746142389Vanilla wow
>>746142389Scarlet Crusade were in the right. Unrelated but the Amani were in the right too.

>>746142213The Light isn't good, it's retarded. That's why someone like Uther is allowed to wield it.
>>746142213w-what?!QRD?
>>746143114The Light is now a cosmic force just like the Void. It's not "good" aligned, but rather characterized as being a zealous power that seeks to dominate and wipe out shadow aligned forces. There's an entire faction of nazi Light infused draenei that fly around in their genocide space ships.
>>746143308what the fuck did they do to my babyt. stopped playing around wotlk when it got too retarded
