Why won't Sega remake Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2?
You don't want SA1 and 2 remakes with Ian Flynn involved.
They already demaked them on the gamecube and then make it worse every time they ported it

He'd rather push reimaginings or remixes of older Sonic stuff instead - see Sonic/Shadow Generations and Mania.He also thinks doing a proper remake of SA1 would take as much time and energy as making a completely new game anyway.

That's kind of the whole deal with him being designed as a mascot. 2000s Sonic was just falling in line with the radicool and "anime rocks!" trends of of the time.
