The Stormcloaks are the Nazis who want to retain the lands racial purity and the Thalmor are the small subset of Jews who either rule directly or from the shadows via the compromised Jarls. The Empire is the one world government secretly run by the Aldmeri Dominion, and Talos is the messianic figure whom the Thalmor reject, despite all the other religions to pick on.The Empire is, just like the Jarls under Thalmor control, controlled BY the Thalmor, aka the Aldmeri Dominion. And the Thalmor just want a world where the strong are ethnically crushed so they can enslave the rest. So defeating the Empire is a huge blow to the Aldmeri Dominion already. Using Empire control, the Aldmeri Dominion, Thalmor, have a cover for racial genocide to all who want freedom or who worship Talos, until only the weak and loyal race traitors remain, who can easily be used or slaughtered. The Thalmor are racial supremacists who want power, and work from the shadows using the empire to do so. Ulfric knows this, and understands how they operate, through deceit. He is guarded and protective, and sees how easily other leaders have overlooked and fallen into this trap set by the Thalmor under the guise of the Empire.He is not selfish, he is careful. He cannot trust anyone. He should be in hiding or fleeing. But he stays because he knows he's the only one who can actually save the Nords. Skyrim is such a good game.

I will never support the stormcucks for the simple reason that they lost to Tullius and had to be bailed out by Alduin. how are they going to fight the Dominion if they can't even fight one imperial legion?
