Apparently some flying units like scout and wraith had much better air to ground attacks and overall stats in beta starcraft. Enough to be used like mutalisks. Blizzard nerfed every single mid game air unit and buffed mutalisk hp from 60 to 120 and gave them bouncing attacks.What the fuck?
