idk about that, making things is fun and AI just lets you pretend you made something. I remember genning assets for my game when SD first came onto the scene (it's nowhere as good as it is now) and I just remember how hollow it felt. Now all my games use my own art and it's much more enjoyable.

I think the big studios will really go all in on this tech where they can to save on costs but I don't see it as a tool to empower power.

I hear what you're saying but it really is an issue of idealogy/philosophy for me. The best analogy I can come up with is like clothing. Some people don't want to buy the same clothing if they know it was made in a sweatshop. The quality of the product isn't the problem, I just lose all interest if something wasn't made by a human.
