Yes and no. It's a game of extremes. It has some of the best mechanics of the franchise, all held back by being extremely broken.I heard there was a PC mod that cleans it up a fair bit.

It feels like everything is being filtered through a tin can and playing in mono. Unacceptable sound design. Most people don't seem to notice it either but I know for a fact it's a "average person is 80 IQ or lower" problem and not a problem with my system
