First it has to roll the two classes you're using. Then it has to roll the desired skills you're looking for (with the correct points). Then it has to roll the correct primary and secondary class power bonuses. Finally it has to roll three passive stats that are useful. If you're looking for a specific drop then you're going to be stuck farming for a long time. And all these bonuses do make a difference if they roll something relevant to your build or not.
