There's Gardendless, but that's different from Reflourished (which is mobile only), Gardendless is more akin to PvZ 2 with some PvZ Heroes content added in, it is also a fangame, not a mod. Reflourished continues where PvZ 2 International left off and adds new worlds, events and more. There's also Altverz which is more PvZ 1 like with its 25 sun meta and slower pace, very high quality too (I personally like it more than Reflourished thanks to its custom WW1 inspired world).

yeah it was pretty good
around the middle got fucking stale, althought thats largely due to it being EA designed worlds and zombie types.
The new stuff at the end were highlights, steampunk city and the carnival I recall were bretty fun
