How do you enjoy competitive fps games with all the cheaters? Do you join them or ignore them?

There were all kinds of sus videos posted even here where he played PUBG and he just opened fire through the wall where someone happened to be with no possible way for him to know but he is being defended all the time. If the game is a extraction shooter i never come back to it.
