I met quite a few people in the tests that were fun to hang out with and talk while grinding thou. There are always some people you don't like, but my experience in the test was quite positive "community"-wise. Also since there are no guilds on launch you'll be mainly using the buddy list system so it's not like you have to buddy up with people you don't want to talk with.
