So, I've been starting and dropping games from my backlog as well as games I've played before, because nothing was grabbing me. Everything seemed like shit. Then I decided, fuck it. I'll play Nier Replicant. I made it to the time skip once and dropped it ages ago, but I'll give it a real college try now. Jesus, fucking, Christ, this game oozes soul, a unique point of view, and an actually interesting set of characters and story. Nier Replicant has single handedly reinvigorated my love for video games, and for that, it is a fucking masterpiece. I also want to fuck Kaine, but that is for a different thread. Great fucking game.

I prefer the way automata went about it's endings. I don't see the need for the ending B to exist, it would be better if it let you go straight into C/D. I liked replicant's story a bit more but as the entire package automata was far better
