If you actually watch the video it looks really packed in a way that still shot doesn't capture, so I don't know how bad a representation of the final product the top image actually is. I'd say it looks fairly close in the video. That's not shilling for the game. I utterly recommend against buying it.

I think every main title rockstar has released has been varying degrees of good, I don't imagine gta 6 will entirely be an exception (well, depending on what you mean by "good", like the difference between something "tasting good" and actually being "healthy" and "good for you"), but rockstar isn't releasing the game with physical copies, further normalizing all digital, and their higher ups at take 2 and beyond involved in the financial decisions want to turn it into the next gta online. The online projects for their games are where the worst practices take place, and I saw how bad it was for gta online. I was a long time player of that game. They invert the releationship between the consumer and the company, treat consumers like objects to be manipulated, don't design the game in the interest of the players even when everyone desires it, and even when it's incredibly simple to. They started locking QoL changes behind a relatively recently introduced subscription service gta+. Their main titles, for them, are really buy ins. Rockstar's creativity is really limited by their higher ups. They abdandoned RDO early because it wasn't proffiting them as much as gtao. I just hate seeing a medium I like used in a perverse manner. The consumer and the company don't even agree on what the products are.

Dan Houser said the game was supposed to talk about politics elliptically but not literally. The game is very much a depiction of the time from a modern political bent. It's a reddit western. That being said, the faggotry in it's story doesn't take away from the quality the game has.
