Overall its pretty boring. Story has some interesting concepts, but it doesn't feel properly worked out. Overall it comes across as some dude's fanfic about that one time he went to Amsterdam and fell in love with the city, which is hilarious as a dutchie cause Amsterdam is a shithole.
